All purchases are considered final, thus we do not offer refunds or accept returns. Should any issues arise with your merchandise, we kindly ask that you utilize our contact form or email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition, with printed receipts.
In as-new condition, it is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if exchanged due to factory defect), and unused. We retain the right to decline exchanges if the merchandise fails to meet these criteria. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange.
